WHOLE OWNERSHIP
Wilson’s Wharf offers whole ownership of selected units which include a mooring for a yacht or boat and full use of the jetty and marina facilities. Whole ownership units can be placed into the rental pool when not is use.

FRACTIONAL TITLE | 4 WEEK MODULE SYNDICATION
Syndication is an effective way to own a part share in a unit a Wilson’s Wharf without the need to secure other members, make decisions on furnishings or be concerned about maintenance issues. Syndication works by dividing 52 weeks into 12 MODULES of 4 weeks per year. These weeks are in block form. As there are 11 peak weeks per annum, there are only 2 years out of 13 that each syndicate member will not get a peak week. Because the calendar allocation rotates, it is fair for every member, each enjoying an equal allocation. A timetable is available to identify the 4 weeks allocated per annum to each syndicate. The weeks are identified based on a timeshare calendar, driven by the Gauteng Government school holidays. This calendar is always available at least 12 months in advance to facilitate good planning. The Wilson’s Wharf Syndication offering is benchmarked on the Legacy Hotels and Resorts International model.

The 4 weeks can be utilized in various ways, e.g.:

1. Used yourself
   
2. Used by family, friends or staff (incentives)
   
3. Rented out by yourself
   
4. Placed in the rental pools of the Wilson’s Wharf Rental pool

The following are included in a syndicated unit:

• Waterfront Apartment : 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom (main-en-suite) house of 100 m² + balconies of 21 m² (The bedrooms will be furnished to sleep 2 persons each, with a sleeper couch in the living room = 6 people)
  
• Use of a Yacht – 36ft – 40ft Catamaran of late model similar to Maxim 380 or Leopard 38, accommodating 8 adults, with all cruising equipment and Skipper if required. (Skipper subject to additional payment)
  
• Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living rooms of unit
  
• Fully furnished and equipped with appliances, cutlery and crockery
  
• Standby generator for emergencies
  
• Bedding including two sets of linen, bath towels, swimming towels, dishcloths
